Stone Glacier is proud to announce the introduction of the new R1, R2, and Tokeen series backpacks which encompass a pretty wide array of capacity, function, and price. The R1 Series is designed to offer a smaller and lighter footprint for use as a 24-hour dismounted operations pack. The R1 incorporates male-female connections on all compression straps, load lifters, and shoulder straps. PALS webbing is located on both external sides and on the internal back panel for use with MOLLE accessories and the SG radio harness. A comms port on the top adds the ability to route an antenna and comms cables. The R1 is compatible with the SG Hydro Sleeve to carry a 3L (100 oz.) bladder. Shoulder straps are fully adjustable to fit a wide range of torso lengths. Shoulder straps can also be removed and attached to the R3 frame to enable efficient carry of 150 lb.+ loads.
Stone Glacier’s newest hunting backpack is crafted in the U.S.A. and Berry-compliant, boasting 2200 cubic inches/36 L capacity, hydration compatibility, internal and external PALS webbing, 2 internal zippered pockets, a 1″ removable webbing belt, a convenient comms port, and secured with a heavy-duty #10 YKK zipper. For the avid backcountry hunter, a handy rifle sling that is compatible with most Stone Glacier backpacks is also available for those who want to keep both hands free as they ruck their latest trophy back to deer camp.
